The 'from' is actually found under 'options' no the menu bar...--I am
referring to the menu bar when a new message is opened--not the general menu
bar for the INBOX view...

I have been using Outlook 2003 for quite a while now, and don't remember
having a "From" field. When I want to select which "from" address I want to
use, I chose the appropriate "Account" from the pull-down option on the
toolbar.
