Wally I believe  this missing driver is part of your NIC interface for
connectivity. You need to reinstall your NIC card drivers  more than likely
or the other solution would be to boot to pure dos by booting w boot disk to
a:\ prompt. Then type scanreg.exe  /restore and choose a registry backup
with a date that is before you started installing all of the new
apps,utils,etc.....
Do be aware that all of the installations you have done after this registry
backup date will no longer be valid and you will have uninstall all said
apps,etc.... and reinstall if desired. However, to avoid the same mistake
twice I would only install apps that you have control over what is being
deleted etc......
The only other solution is to reinstall Windows.
