Hi,

I was wondering if I can get some feedback on MS Office XP.  Is it much different than 2000?  The reason I'm asking is if I order it for our staff, I don't want people that are familiar with using 97 or 2000 to have difficulty learning or using it.

Also, is it totally compatible with files created in 97/2000?
