I've noticed that while I'm using a Cyrillic Keyboard software program, the "Alt-Tab" keyboard shortcut to switch between  the open windows (WIN XP/IE v.6.0) doesn't function.  The Cyrillic Keyboard program has hot keys, but only for switching language keyboards.  If I'm in one of several open browser IE browsers and toggle the Alt-Tab keys, it seems to toggle on-off the address line in the browser.  Is there a work-around for this?  I've tried writing to the software manufacturer, but haven't heard back yet.  Just fishing for options.
