Does the heading change its' position from page to page?  It sounds like you
may have a problem with the page length, line height, and/or # of lines per
page.  I don't know anything about Qbasic, but I do know that some of the
old dos word processors and file managers had a similiar problem with some
printers.

Each page must have a heading.  Now when I
|run the program and print out the output, the headings print at the
|bottom of the following page.  The first page is lined up fine, them
|every page after that is off.
