the following URL has details of at least two companies who make programs to access .UIF  files.  magicISO and corel

in brief you need to either buy or download (trial??) either of these programs or find out from the site from which you downloaded the file about the appropriate program to open the file. i am not sure you will get this info from" bittorent"
