Up until about last week I was always able
to send Email via 3rd party software (Pegasus)
using  AOL 5.0

I have made no change to either Pegasus or AOL
software but now am unable to send mail.

I get this message:

   Delivery has failed on the enclosed message
   for the following reasons reported either by the
   mail delivery system on the mail relay host or
   by the local TCP/IP transport module:

   550 relaying to <[log in to unmask]> prohibited
   by administrator

AOL support could not explain but said  that they did not
 support 3rd party software - I guess they have changed something
at their end to cause this. I seem to remember the same problem
with CompuServe.

Can anyone throw any light on this ?
