Hello Byron,

Along with trying some of the other filtering programs on the market you
can also consider using a monitoring/tracking product like WinWhatWhere
Investigator (http://www.winwhatwhere.com).

This would let you be aware of what the computer was used for when you are
not present. Once you tell him that you are monitoring his activity you
can review the logs to see if he violates your parameters for computer
usage and if so change the password with your ISP on the internet account
so he can use it. I have used WinWhatWhere in both personal and
professional settings and it has helped a great deal. If you do use it I
personally believe and recommend that you tell people their computer usage
is being monitored. I'm not advocating any stealth big brother plan
here. I have children and they are very aware that I can monitor when and
what they are using the family computer for.

Good luck,

Kevin
