I hope someone can give me some advice. I can no longer use my cd drive
the computer does not recognize it. When I open my computer, there is a
Windows 95/c drive , a  D drive and an E drive(with cdrom)next to it. If
I click on to open E, it says  E:\is not accessible
                               The device is not ready
Then there is a retry button and cancel button.

I tried but failed to reassign a drive letter.
