Make sure you upgrade your installation to the latest Nero version which is
5.5.10.28.  Your particular DVD +R may not be in the database of the version
you have.

Good morning, I have just installed Nero Ver. 5.5.9.14 CD\DVD coping\writing
software, everything is good to go, EXCEPT, it does not seem to recognize my
DVD+R+RW drive. It shows my CD-RW drive correctly but the other drive is
listed as "Image recorder\Virtual drive". I would like to call Tech support,
but I don't want spend the money to call Germany! (I know), I'm hoping some
one else on the list is using this software and can help me configure this
program to recognize my DVD drive. TIA
