This is IE's icon for an image which it has not (yet) downloaded, as
opposed to the red "X" for an image which it has given up trying to
download. Options include:

1. Wait for it -- maybe it'salready trying and things are just slow.

2. Right-click on it, and select "Show Image" -- maybe it thinks it
shouldn't try to download it without being told specifically.
