You didn't say what you upgraded FROM, so I don't know where OE files are, but they are named like your OE folders, plus a .dbx extension. You can SEARCH for *.dbx to find them. Good luck.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Where do Outlook Express and Mozilla store their Inbox and Address Book files?
Does anyone know where Outlook Express and Mozilla store their Inbox and
Address Book files and what they are named?
I recently upgraded to a new motherboard and hard drives and reinstalled
everything from scratch -- Windows XP Pro plus most of the usual
applications.
I had saved a backup image on an external hard drive, and a clone on
another internal hard drive, and would like to recover my address book
names and recent emails. I just can't find them.
Any ideas.
