A friend brought his computer to me because the desktop shows the icons as it should, but it does not desplay the icon's names.  If you make the icon active you can see the words, or if you right click on the icon the icon's title will appear.
He claims he has not added anything and the problem just started by itself.  (Ya, I know I've heard it before).  It is a Gateway P5-166 running Win 95a.
Is their a fix and how do I fix it?
