It is time to stop use Symbol font. It exists there for capability
with old files written before use of Unicode fonts. Using Symbol
font creates some problems because it requires that if you send
document to someone he/she must be exactly same font.
Not to mention that sending e-mail both sides must also
HTML e-mails. Better to use Unicode and MIME encoding.
