One thing you can do is go to C: then go to the Windows folder open it and
look for a profiles folder. Open profiles and find the folder of the
previous owner, right click and delete it. Another thing you can do is go
to find files and folders, type in the name of the previous owner and delete
all of them.

When I Turn on my computer it shows a logon banner for the previous owner.
How can I get rid of it?
