Shirley,
You should have MSPaint with your Windows 98. Open your saved pic with
Paint, select IMAGE, then STRETCH/SKEW. You can reduce your pic to any
desired size. A good size is one that fits the Paint screen. Be sure to
reduce both horizontal and vertical the same amount to prevent distortion.
