I have Windows XP Home Edition with Outlook Express. I've always been able
to click a link within an email and go directly to the site. For a few days
now this doesn't work. The links appear live and the cursor changes from an
arrow to a hand when moved over a link, but when I click it the screen will
jump slightly but nothing else happens. I can click on an email address in
an email and it pulls up the emailing box.
