This sounds like MS Streets can't find it's data CD. Is it looking for a
shared drive on a LAN that is no longer mapped ? Have you changed your
drive letters on the local machine since installation by adding or
removing partitions. If so the CD ROM drive letter has now changed. This is
why I like to specify my CD ROM drive letter to Z...this can be done in
Control panel...system....Device manager....CD ROM.....Your CD
ROM....properties.

If MS S&T can no longer find it's data CD in the original location then you
may have to reinstall from the Drive letter you wish to use. Unlike other
MS reference programs MS S&T doesn't allow you to specify a drive letter to
look for when it starts up. It is suppose to scan your CD ROM drives
looking for it's data CD.
