Robert, since you said you could find the System Information another way,
this confirms you have the command to access the System Information. Follow
the Steps Below:
1. Go to "Start:" then to "Settings" then click on "Taskbar & Start Menu"
2. Now clilck on "Start Menu Programs"
3. Click on "Add"
4. At the "Command Line" Type or paste in the following: "C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSINFO\MSINFO32.EXE"
5. Click on "Next"
6. Under "Accessories" click on "System Tools"
7. Click "Next"
8. Under "Select a Name for the Shortcut" Type "System Tool" or if you want
to, any name you choose. I typed "Bob" in mine.
9. Click on "Finish" then "OK" to finish
10. Now see if you can find it............
Good Luck
