There is no Security Tab on my Properties dialog. I'm on XP Home if that
makes a difference.

I think I may have already downloaded that, I wasn't aware it would
import my cardfile however, thanks for the info.

I only had one problem with SP3 on my update, I had to uninstall and
reinstall Windows Live Messenger after the update as it kept trying to
install and tossing an error each time it started. Other than that I
have been pleased with the update.
