Run Regedit, click Edit/Find, and type in Netsonic. Delete any entries
relating to Netsonic. Press F3 to continue.
How are you trying to uninstall? Best to use an install program like
Cleansweep or similar, which monitors installations and therefore can do a
complete uninstall.
Windows Add/Remove, which I assume you're using, often leaves registry
entries behind to rear their ugly little heads when you're least expecting it.
