Hi Andre
Since I switched from Win98 to Win2k, I've used the free X-Setup
utility (from Xteq Systems). It lets you do the same things that
OEM Info did...and it works with Win2k and WinXP.
You can download X-Setup for free from links at the webpage
<http://www.xteq.com/downloads/index.html#xset>.
X-Setup does so much that it can be confusing to find particular
tasks...so let me point the way for you.
After you've installed X-Setup, open it using the "Default UI -
for Power Users" interface. Click on "Appearance" (it's the first
item) and then go down and click on "OEM Branding". Finally, click
on "OEM General" and enter your information. Underneath this,
you'll see "OEM Picture" and "Support Info". (You can add a small
picture and a tab with support information.) All the information
that you enter using X-Setup will show up on the Control Panel,
System, screen.
X-Setup is similar to TweakUI except that it is 100 times more
powerful. You can open X-Setup from Control Panel or from a
shortcut.
