Hello,

I have a copy of the email backup program "EZ Mail Backup"; I receive emails via BTinternet.
It backs them up in Outlook Express, in documents called "OExpress backup 26-11-2009".

But this document cannot be read by any other program except OE; what 
appears in WORD, for example, is code.

What can I do to make email backup files that I can read and keep elsewhere?
