Doug, I found it! It is hidden under the "Explorer" heading in the left index of TweakIUXP! The item SAYS "Clear DOCUMENT History on exit, but if you click the ? and then click that item, the description says that it will clear the document history, the run history, and the typed URL history at logoff. -Ann Fennell

Ann you are right. Somewhere along the line the paranoia choices have been
deleted. There is another tweak utility called X-Setup Pro which does have
the option. You can get it free from:
http://www.x-setup.net/downloads/home.asp?lang=EN
The location of the tweak is under Appearance - Start Menu - Common - Clear
Items On Logoff
Un-checking the box and pressing the APPLY button should let you keep your
recent Run History.
