My friend is having problem with his taskbar. He can't move the taskbar back
to the bottom of the screen after he moved it to the side. Dragging it back
to it's place isn't working. Only parts of the taskbar moves back and it
appears as two incomplete taskbars: one on the side and one at the bottom.
he uses Win95. Rebbooting didn't help either.
