Microsoft KnowledgeBase articles, patches and fixes are identified by
"Q######" numbers. I expect that you will see one of these created for each
patch or update you install.
EXCEPT: Some updates offer a choice of whether you want to be able to
uninstall them or not. If you choose "No", there should be no reason to
create these files.
