Hello Lewis,

You probably have e-mail scanning turned off. Double click the AVG icon in
the System Tray. In Control Center, right click the E-mail Scanner in the
top right part of the window (the title should be red in color) and left
click the "Activate" option. This turns on e-mail scanning of incoming mail
and it should now tell you it is fully functional. If you want to turn on
scanning of outgoing mail, or check other settings, right click the E-mail
Scanner again and select "Properties". In the window that appears, click the
"Configure" button to check settings or make changes. When finished click
"OK" on both windows and close Control Center.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Question re:AVG

When I put the cursor on the AVG icon in the system tray I get the
message "E-mail Scanner is not fully functional". Just what does this
indicate and how can it be corrected. I can't seem to find this info at
the AVG site.
