A bug in Netscape. If the machine is NT, then you'll see *TWO*
netscape processes running. If you terminate both (if you quit, only
one will die and one will keep running) and start Netscape again,
anything will be fine.

On 95/98, I don't know how to fix that. Maybe with some process manager
like TaskInfo or Starter, who can display ALL running tasks and not
some of them (as the Close Program dialog does), and by killing both
netscapes.
