I receive a daily email from PCWorld Downloads that sends reviews of two pieces of software that are either free or at a minor cost,   I've always been afraid of fooling around with the registry, but then always wanted to clean it up too.  Recently there was a free download they offered called TweakNow RegCleaner Standard.  I'm soliciting pros and cons on this softwareand trying to learn about this type of software.  Knowing very little about what is okay to delete and what is not, would anyone suggest getting this and letting it do the dirty work for me?  How can I tell if it's okay to delete something or not?
