However, here's how to do it:

         Use regedit.exe (Registry Editor)

         Delete the key from the following:

         HKey_local_machine\SOFTWARE\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Polici
HKey_local_machine\SOFTWARE\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Rating
s

         Restart your browser.

I tried it on my computer and it works.  Note, if your nervous, the key
wasn't there before I put a password into the content advisor so you
shouldn't hurt anything by deleting it.
