Use regedit and navigate to the registry key (I'm running 98SE)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main and there you
should find Window Title.

It would be easier for many of us if you would explain this a bit
more fully. Is this to be done in regedit? I use IE 5.5, it has
its brand pasted all over its GUI. What is its non-branded state?
