Everytime I attempt to use the restore option, the computer re-boots and
then says it could not restore and gives me the option of using a different
restore point (I have tried several times but always end up with the same
error message) or exiting.
My attempts have been in the situation where I install a program, find it
does not meet my needs or doesn't work, and then do an uninstall. Just be
make sure, I try to restore to before the program was ever installed, but
repeatedly get this error message. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a
way to "flush" the restore system and start from scratch? Any other
suggestions? I use Ghost for major problems, but don't always have an up to
date image and was hoping Restore would fill the gap for small day to day
changes.
Thanks,
Jim
