I assume you are talking about the Macromedia flash player browser plug-in. If you don't have flash on a site that uses Macromedia graphics you will not see them, and may get a message to download and install the flash player. Macromedia updates the flash player periodically, so the one that installed with your browser may be outdated. Go to www.macromedia.com to download and install the latest plug-in. It's free.
