Hi Sam,
I also missed the send to Power Toy in Win98. I just went to the Power Toys
download site at Microsoft and downloaded Send To by itself.

It downloads as a *.exe file so you can click on it and run it. I don't
remember if it self installs, but if it doesn't, just right click on the
".inf" file and choose install.

I've done this on four Win 98 machines with no ill effects.
