Try this:
Go to Outlook Express, select Tools, then Accounts. Select Mail tab.then 
Properties.  You can change the user name there, or uncheck the "include 
this when sending mail.

Whenever I send an email, both my first and last name appears in the "From" 
block.  I would prefer just my first name appear because I know many people 
forward these emails without 'cleaning them up' and I don't want the world 
to see my full name.  I don't know how to do this.  I have Internet Explorer 
and Outlook Express.  Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you.    Dottie
