Do you scan (or copy) all rebate materials so you can harass them
for the rebate.  I think they have on-line rebate status checking too...
I never mail a rebate with-out full scans of everything, (even the envelope
and stamp...)

BTW: One of "least" problems I have had with Norton is their rebates...
With other companies, a quick phone call is all that is necessary to clear
things up and get the "cash"...    YMMV
