I used Outlook Express for some time, downloading my email from Earthlink.
The dowloading was a bit cumbersome and so I bought Outlook 2003.

When I loaded it, it mentioned it would import my folders from OE, but it
did not do so. Is there a trick to doing this?

Also, is it possible to keep my Outlook folders in an external drive?

Thank you

Karen Miller
