Why O Why do scanners not sort by three or four digits the numbers of
each scanned photo?

How do any of you keep the scanned photos in the proper order ?

Is there a software add-on available in order to RENUMBER the scanned
photos in the proper order from 1-250?

Better yet... I would like to set up the scanner in advance with the
number sequence I wish to begin on..then have it increment automatically
so the photos stay in order.

Can anyone offer a bit of advice?
