I need to track the execution of the programs during Win98 startup.
I'm interested to know if there is a log file for the execution of
programs that are linked in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

For some reason not all of them seem to be executed. I moved some to
the startup folder, but I still need to understand why they are not executed
or not in full, when they are listed in the registry key. I have no problem with
running from other places (e.g. startup folder) but I wish to understand why
this happens.
