Does anyone know how I can create a custom border on a page for printed
media? I have a flyer that I'm working on, but it seems to need a border.
I want to put running, repeating text border around all four edges of a
page. If I have to print the flyer and the border in separate passes that's
fine. The flyer is written in MS Word. I do not have Publisher. Any
software may be discussed, but the cheaper the better.

Thanks for any suggestions!
