Subject: [PCSOFT] export problem

I have quite a few email "savers" in an Outlook Express
Deleted-Saved folder.

I want to permanently save them but I cannot find a way to
select and export them in a group to my external Zip file on
drive D other than by selecting them singularly which would
be unpractical.

Is there a way that this can be accomplished?

There's probably many ways to improve on this idea, but here's how I batch-save email messages...

- From within OE, select the messages to be saved (while holding ctrl or shift)
- Choose 'Forward'

At this point there should be a new email message created (with all of your chosen messages attached) waiting for
an address to send them to, but do this instead...

From within the new message choose 'File' and then 'Save attachments'. A box appears showing all your email
messages, along with a 'Save to:' option.

This is only practical if you don't have to select your messages individually. This will save all your email
attachments as separate [.eml] messages to your given location.

I've never 'saved to' (or even used) a zip drive, but I'm sure it will work the same as any other data storage
drive. hth
