I am resubmitting this question because the work-around HP gave me doesn't
work.

I reinstalled new copy of XP Home on my HP Pavilion zv6000 laptop. I finally
figured out that I had no drivers on the laptop and downloaded them from
HP's official website.

Everything works. Good. Then I notice that every time I click on the home
icon, the HP page where I downloaded the WLAN piggybacks onto my home page.
I have Firefox. If I type in the URL, no piggyback. If I use IE, no
piggyback.

HP said to uninstall Firefox then reinstall. I did that and guess what?
Piggyback.

Any suggestions?

TIA
Brenda
