I don't understand (probably because I'm thick!).

Would you not normally disconnect from the internet while disabling ZA and
"adding" (installing?) new software?  If so, I don't see how any hacker
could access your system.

Presumably your A-V program  was disabled also?

Am I missing something here?  Perhaps you could expand further on this
nasty thing.

Seems there's a lesson for us here---or is this mainly for those on cable
connection?
