Jo,

It's listed alphabetically in the Add and Remove Programs applet as "Windows
XP Service Pack 1" or as "Windows XP Service Pack 1a", depending on when you
installed it.

As you both said, under My Computer, I found  the words you mentioned listed
there.  However, it does not appear with specifically that language under
"Add/Remove Programs." Could it be listed there by another name?
