I use an application called on-line meter it does everything you ask and
more the best thing about it is that you can configure warning signals to be
played at intervals of your choice as reminders of time spent logged in it
also will calculate how much your local phone costs will come to.........it
can be found at any shareware site .....(it's from krebbss software) or I
can send you a zipped file of it....
