The file date for most Windows 98SE files is 4/24/99 ... at least on my
retail Windows 98SE upgrade. I don't think it says 98 or SE on the
startup and closedown screens but they are different from the usual
Windows 95 ones - that's about all I know. I upgraded from Windows95
directly to Windows 98SE, skipping Windows 98.
