I  have a Scanport SQ4800 and it is giving me problems.  When I go to scan an image the msg is:
missing Twain.dll file please copy from source to Windows folder, but when I go to do that the
system says it already exists in the Windows folder and when I try to replace it anyway it won't let
me.  I have unistalled and reinstalled the software, any other suggestions?
