That's different. The common thread to your problem is C:\WINHLP32.EXE
this is the program used to display the help files for any Win95 based
program. (There is a WINHLP.EXE for older stuff also)
Try reloading this file from your windows CD.
Get and run a registry cleaner program
If yer brave... use regedit and search for Winhlp32 in the registry
and see if the command lines are messed up.
