Sam, Due to personally being told by three techs in the past that I should
reformat due to what I found out later were really "minor" problems I have
come to the conclusion that to be told I needed to "reformat" automatically
prompts a suspect query. Most of the problems with WinXP except for a bad
install originally can be cleared up without the extreme of reformatting.
Care to share the problem and see what the list here comes up with? Vern.
