I don't know about any solution but I know I have an entire building of
computers that is behaving that way ! I have tried Technet, etc. and haven't
found anything about it.

Hi, this is of some interest to me as well as I have a problem with Win2K
and Office 2000 wanting to run the installer when I install things totally
unrelated to office. I just have to click cancel repeatedly until it quits
and then proceed with what I was trying to do in the first place. Any
solutions?
